2 months to get a credit for their mistake

Was charged the huge few of $140 to change flights to a different time. Accepted that but the person at the service desk charged our credit card twice. We pointed it out but told she couldn't do the credit there! Took 2 months to get our money back after may calls.

Then this time they stuffed up our extra baggage. Charged us two extra bags one way instead of one extra bag both ways. Told they couldn't do the credit there but were happy to take our money for the baggage on the way back

Looks like it's tiger or virgin for us next time. I'm sure they will love to know i work in tourism and speak to about 40 tourist a day
