Broken computer and lost items during Jetstar transport. By the term and condition Jetstar doesn't have any liability

Can anyone advise what to do or which lawyer I can get advice from in Auckland?

Story: 2 months ago I went to Christchurch from Auckland to pickup few items. When I purchased the airfare online I did tick insurance option. After pickup, One iMac 27, I wrapped it with foam fully and put in a hard case luggage for shipping, also there was some cloths for stuffing and some camera accessories (charger and filters). When back to home I took out all the items and saw my iMac 27 with crack screen, also there was few hard scratch and dent on the body. Packing was worn off. Note before open case one clip lock of luggage was not locked on, that was not original condition. I emailed Jetstar, they replied they won't pay by the term and condition. One month later I prepared another travel and cannot find some camera accessories, I realised they was lost in this fly . The luggage was dropped and open, everything was pushed out and then been put back in Jetstar transport. I emailed to Jetstar again and I got reply as following:

Dear Kein,

Your email below is well noted.

We understand that you are now claiming for lost Nikon MH25 charger and some Lee and Hitech landscape filter for photography which you claim been lost during the trip in September 06 – 07, 2017 and you only realized it was missing on your recent trip which is after 2mos.

May we clarify why these items were not included on the first claim? How are you going to prove to us that indeed these items were lost during the previous trip not while you are already back in New Zealand or on this recent trip that you had?

We would like to draw your attention to the applicable exclusions:

In addition to the General Exclusions applying to all Sections of the Policy, we will not pay:
…..
2.14 Loss of checked baggage not reported to Jetstar or an appropriate authority within 24 hours of you becoming aware of the loss and where no written report is obtained.
2.15 For jewellery, watches, cameras and camera equipment, laptops or computers.

Also, please be informed that the policy consider “A pair or set of items is treated as one item”.

Thank you.

Best Regards
