Cancelled Flight

So get into Singapore on time,24/02/2015 11.30 pm look up at the departure board jetstar Singapore- Perth cancelled mmmmm head to the counter, people not happy, lots of nothing happening,not like me I go straight to the front of the line and calmly ask the staff, do you have a plan? She replays a plane ? I reply I know you don't have a plane a PLAN ? Sorry no plan, you might get a flight today mayb tomorrow we will put you up In a hotel, I said fine as long as we are kept informed. 4 hrs later some one turns up with a plan mmmmm now some were getting very upset by this time, then the boys turned up with there M16 rifles, I got a flight leaving Singapore at 4.45 today to sydney then Perth at some time I didn't read it all, Singapore had a flight leaving at 8am arriving Perth 12.30 in time for me to catch my work flight, i was told i could get a refund if we made other arrangements . A few took that option. The only thing I got out of this was jetstar have no idea or people skills but as they say when you pay with peanuts the monkeys turn up, so i call jetstar yesterday 26/02/2015, got the cold shoulder,the person on the other end said our information says you were on the flight to SYD/PERTH, no i said,yes they said/ no i said i have my singapore airline boarding pass and im at work if i took your option i would be in SYD waiting to board my perth flight, ok can i but you on hold for a min, 25 min later a Qantas person answers has no idea why i was put thru to her, she said and qoute "i think you were flog off to us"
and she coud not help me, it amazes me that they have no people skills at any level with in the jetsar company & they are part of qantas, are they like the ad the ones Qantas rejected and sent them to Jetstar, no more jetstar for me. and i will get my money back jetstar. i am going to be your biggest pain in arse, and i know you read these, hang your head in SHAME.
