We booked flights online but then got emails to say that the flight time had changed to an earlier time that is too early for our connecting flight. The email asks me to confirm the change and gives another link if this is not acceptable. This link comes up with the message "Address not valid" nor do any of their customer service addresses on their website work, even the one asking for feedback on their website (what a surprise!). They also keep sending texts which are impossible to reply to. None of the emails supplied by Chris Brown work either.
