We turned up at the airport for our trip and they then decided to cancell the flight and no other flight for 24 hours, given an authorisation letter by THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE to cover transport to newcastle and accomodation and meals, now 27 phone calls to manilla and faxes and online complaint form NOTHING our bill was $306 ,try to find their head office not even the people at qantas have any idea where SHITSTAR is, an address is needed for a VCAT hearing not their p.o.box address , now we have paid for next flights and no tickets....lucky there is some info on this site...another never again shitstar customer !!!!!
