Flight JQ635 6.20 pm BRisbane
Sitting on 12 C exit row
I was approached by a cabin crew member who inform me that I would have to store my hand luggage in the overhead locker. Her tone was not very pleasant but I complied.
Then she further informed me I would also have to store away a small wallet attached to a lanyard on my neck.
When I told her that a Qantas crew allowed me to keep my wallet a few days earlier,it is then that the true nature of this pompous crew member showed when she told me in no uncertain terms that this was the airline rule and if I did not like it she would move me away.
Now,I do not mind obeying to the airline cabin rules if these were explained to me in a decent and professional manner, but I strongly object to be treated so unrespectfully and so arrogantly by one of you employees who, frankly should not be employed on a job that requires tact, manners and understanding
