Inexcusable, unnecessary 4AM phone-call from Jet Star

Hello everyone
Following a very early morning disturbance, I have spent all of today feeling extremely upset with Jetstar Airlines. This evening I decided to make a complaint on their website. Through that, I have discovered 'DontflyJetstar.com' which I wasn't even aware existed!Very interesting too

Basically, what happened was that last week, Jetstar sent me an email regarding a 3RD change of time for my flight next month. I accepted the change, since it was only 20 minutes. BUT, this morning at 4am, they rang me to confirm the change!! I was not at that address at the time, so my poor unwell 78 year old father in law copped it. He was very distressed by the call, thinking that the only reason for a call at that time of night was that someone had died or had a serious accident. He called me at the civilised hour of 9am to complain about it...I was livid, I can't tell you!

This is not my only grievance. On the way here from Asia (this flight's leaving time was changed twice, the final time was a very inconvenient one) , my baggage went missing. I was delayed a long time at the lost luggage in Auckland airport and finally given 2 numbers to call and check on the progress...could I get through on those numbers????Ha ha, a joke. I tried for days. No one ever answers and you have to keep talking into that pathetic answer machine, with that exasperating recorded voice that tells you to repeat your answer because 'they did not catch that'. Eventually it puts you through to music so you can supposedly speak to someone, but its nothing but a cruel joke. You just wait and wait and wait!
I was tearing my hair out by the end of it. Luckily my baggage was eventually recovered after a week!
I just hope that next months return flight won't be changed again and that there will be no more calls at ridicuous hours.
This will be my last jet star flight EVER
