we were due to fly to perth on 22/08/14 for a birthday however we received information my brother had died so we had to change our flight to 17/08/14.i spoke to a person in asia whom i had some problems understanding and managed to change our flight so as to attend the funeral,my understanding was i would be refunded my initial flight $530 and i was charged a further $698 for the second flight i had to provide proof that my brother had passed away which i did i received a phone call from asia again telling me i would only receive $150 refund which i refused to accept i contacted the aviation advocate who has said i am inelagable to receive anymore my inquirey is given the flight that we took to perth was $433 online and that i had paid the credit card fee and government charges on the initial flight could this be contrued as legal??? never again monstar
