Lost baggage from Bangkok to Singapore

Took Jetstar Asia flight 3K516 from Bangkok to Singapore on 17th Dec 2019 only to realize that my checked in baggage didn't arrive together with the flight. Made a report at the airport and it has been 12hours and there is still no updates from JetStar Asia. It is amazing how I'm the only person in the whole flight with a lost baggage. Will never fly with Jetstar again. They are not even able to ensure the safety of their passengers' properties, I really doubt they are able to ensure the safety of their passengers. Maybe I should be glad that at least the plane didn't go missing or crash.
