Lost payment, cancelled booking and then sold tickets but still have the money

NoStar strikes again. Despite insisting to Never fly with NoStar ever again after a series of cancelled flights, 11 hour waits stranded at airports and paying for seat allocations and not getting them and also no refunds. Under duress I booked with NoStar to the Sunshine Coast for the April School Holidays as they were the ONLY carrier with flights on the day I need to travel. I booked 4 tickets on the 1st Feb and paid for the tickets on that day. After 3 days, I noticed that the payment status was pending. I checked my bank account and confirmed payment was made to NoStar on the 1st Feb. I have since called NoStar call centre 7 times in the following week. I have provided copies of the receipt details from my bank and provided the payment receipt number for the payment to NoStar's account. My bank has 100% assured me that NoStar received the payment on the 1st Feb. On Friday this week, I was assured by NoStar that the issue was an internal payments issue on their side and that they will need to sort it out, but to not worry as it would not affect my booking. On the Satuday night, I received an email from NoStar to tell me the booking had been cancelled due to non payment. I called today on Sunday and was told that the flight is now booked out so they cannot offer the flights but they will endenvour to find my payment and provide a full refund within the next 3-4 weeks. So now I have no flights and out of pocket of $400 that I don't know if I will ever get back. In addition, I have no other flight options on that day despite having already paid for accomodation and transfers. They are useless.
