NO CHANGE FEE 40 PAID WITH BUNDLE THEN ALSO A CHANGE FEE OF 70 DOLLARS AND ALSO CHARGED FOR BAGGAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. PLEASE LOOK AT THE SCREEN SHOTS
After 10 hours of phone calls several emails threatening legal action and a very rude insulting call FROM customer service i have managed at last to change my flight without being charged 3 times for changing it. CHECK OUT THE MY ONLINE BOOKING RIPOFF AND SCAM TOTAL EVIDENCE OF THE CHEATING GOING ON!!!!"#$%&'()
I will be taking all my printouts and screen shots of this cheating to the press and to the courts. it is immoral what this company does treating passengers like morons and rudely insisting there i no mistake and the passenger misunderstands when it is clearly a deliberate rip off!!
