Not even a free drink!!!

Ok so my story isnt anywhere near as bad as the ones I have read but thought I would share anyway! Not long ago I was flying to Perth from Adelaide and we were meant to board the plane at 10am but of course the flight is delayed so we didnt get to board until the time were were meant to leave! We all finally get on the plane only to be told we will be sitting there for another 40 minutes due to a mechanical fault. Now these things happen and need to be fixed but for the inconvenience, you would think they would have offered a free cup of tea or coffee but not jetstar because they are a bunch of tight asses!!
Anyway finally get to Perth over an hour after we should have and everyone goes to collect their luggage only to have to stand around for 40 minutes ( I timed it) before the first bag appeared!! Everyone clapped and cheered and someone yelled out "Jetstar can get fucked!!!" Noone bothered to come out and let us know the luggage would be delayed and we never got an explanation as to why!
wow what great customer service....NOT!!! Bloody cheap and nasty is all this airline is!!
