We booked 2 flight tickets initially via Zuji.com(SGD950). Subsequently decided to change our return flight. We called to request for change via the hotline. It was quite unpleasant to find out that there would be SGD120 for making the change. At the same time the officer also "threaten" that if we need to pay extra to ensure that we can have seat beside each other. We went through the mental torture to learn that every single things involve charges, eg, for paying the charges with our credit card also subject to additional SGD15 fee.
Unfortunately this is not the end of our nightmare. The officer did not send us the revised itinerary. We have to called to chase again. Eventually when we received the itinerary, we realized the return flight date was wrong. So again we have to call the hotline. We explained the situation and the officer insisted that we have to pay the SGD120 change fee even though we explained that's the previous officer mistake. The first officer put us on hold and never came back. We called again. Second officer insisted us to pay and hang up on us when we insist thats not our mistake. And we called again and similar situation keep repeated and we have to keep repeating our story. We can't get hold of the previous officer because they didn't even bother to tell us their full name when we asked. Fortunately until our fifth call we met a nice officer who was really listening and gotten approval to make the correction for us without incurring additional charges. We appreciate her service but it still can't savage the bad experience we had with the other officers and the company's blood sucking policy. The total cost incurred for our 2 flight tickets from Singapore to Taiwan cost SGD1200. This is not budget airline price. We will never fly Jetstar.
