they keep changing my flights

have booked to fly in 17th march 2015 as it was a super sale bad mistake 3 times they have changed the flights the latest is we have been moved to the 18th day forward and added a stop over in bali yeah thanks that makes no sense what so ever called the phone line and was told that no the information on my computer is wrong they have moved us to fly on the 16th asked for itinerary to be emailed to me only to be told an email will take 15 minutes to go through from their server to mine could even be up to 24 hours then she asks me to check my email as she has sent it twice to me as of yet still no email confirming anything
