I have been on hold for hours over the last few days trying to get confirmation of my cancellation of my flight due to illness. Wanted to have confirmation in writing for insurance purposes. The call centre was a nightmare - I was hung up on twice and told they only responded to faxes and the number they gave me did not work from NZ - but I found some emails addresses on either this site or the Facebook page -

Today I got an email from Customer Relationships <Customer.Relationships@jetstar.com with a letter from Michael Mirabito - Customer Care Manager!!!!! Next step dealing with the insurance company - but small win in that I actually got a response.
