Where to start?!

I have had problems with Jetstar before, but this is beginning to top them all. I have been left stranded at an airport for up to 6 hours with no word from Jetstar - yes this annoyed me. I have had flights cancelled and not been reimbursed for money - annoying. I have tried to change flights that have then costed me more to change than what they were to purchase.

I booked flights for my grandparents to travel to see my aunty for Christmas and from the start Jetstar have made my booking process impossible. Firstly, they lost my payment yet it was never returned to my account. I have called and emailed a few times a week for the last few months with no help at all. Redirection seems to be their only move. Why is it if I want to make a payment the wait it 1 second and if I need help the wait is weeks. They openly say that it will take 16 days for them to get back to you. What kind of service is that? I was then told to re send the payment proof and when the website crashed and wouldn't let me send it, they told me that I had to download a new version of internet explorer or firefox. Wtf?! This isn't a matter of turning the computer on and off Jetstar, everything to do with your 'process' is wrong! Never. Booking. Jetstar. AGAIN.
