Today I received an email telling me there was a 10 minute change to my return flight. What was not mentioned was the 6 hour change to my departing flight that means I miss the function I was going for. On ringing customer service I was told I could take the midnight before flight, however hotels usually will not allow you to check in until late afternoon, and I would not trust that one to be cancelled either. It takes 15 working days to get a refund if I wanted to cancel!! As I booked the flight because of the times I am very unhappy. If I had seen this site beforehand I would never have gone Jetstar. Never again.
