Jestar is a horrible airline. Actually all airlines are horrible because most of their staff are half dead, rude and just awful. Had an experience with this woman from Jestar in the check out section. My father had bought duty goods from a different duty shop other than those in the airport, and she wanted to check the contents inside. He bought it from Galleria Duty Shop in the Rocks, Sydney. Now, my father has been on flights for at least 5 years, and knows the process, but this woman, she was so rude she wouldn't let my father check out because she wanted to check the contents. She is the stupidest woman ever. Arggh anyway, you know what is the worst about this? The staff are so cunning, that if you refuse to do what they want you to do, they can delay your flight, and then you will miss the flight that you booked and have to pay extra for another flight, and also they call security to force you to listen to them, when they should be listening to you.
