APEC Summit Update: Flights to/from Manila from 16 to 20 November

Revised timing on *20 Nov services between Fukuoka, Manila and Singapore

In view of the APEC Leaders' Summit in Manila from 16 to 20 November, the Manila International Airport Authority has advised that the airport may be closed intermittently to accommodate the arrival and departure of APEC leaders.
As a result, this has limited the number of slots available at the airport and Jetstar's flights to and from Manila during this period will be either cancelled or re-timed.
We seek your understanding on these changes and will work to get all our affected customers to their destination as soon as possible.
The following flights will be cancelled.

Passengers whose flight has been cancelled may go to "Manage My Booking" https://booknow.jetstar.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx on Jetstar.com and choose from the following options:
- Rebooking your travel free of charge to an alternative date, within 3 to 5 days of original departure (same destination).
- Request a refund to the value of the fare purchased on the original affected booking. Please fill out the Travel Expense Request Form at https://ssl.jetstar.com/au/en/customer-service-portal/general-feedback.
Affected passengers will receive direct communication from Jetstar via the contact details listed on their booking. Customers who booked through Travel Agents may wish to contact those agents to update their bookings with their own personal details.
