JSA Network
changes – Hefei, Guiyang and Xuzhou




With China
temporarily banning international group travel from China, Jetstar Asia will
temporarily suspend its services to Hefei, Guiyang and Xuzhou until 31 March
2020 when the situation will be reviewed again. The last flights to Hefei,
Guiyang and Xuzhou will operate on Thursday 30 January.  

All customers
impacted by these changes will be contacted directly by SMS and/or email and
will be able to cancel their bookings and obtain a full refund or credit
voucher.  Customers should contact either Jetstar.com or their travel
agent, depending on how they purchased their ticket.

Other JSA
flights to and from mainland China

In response to
the current coronavirus infection originating in Wuhan, China, Jetstar is
offering flexible options to customers booked to travel to, from and via
mainland China between 24 January and 31 March 2020 (inclusive).

Customers with
bookings departing between 24 January 2020 and 31 March 2020, who no longer
wish to travel, can rebook their flight to depart after 31 March free-of-charge
or cancel their bookings and obtain a full refund or credit voucher.

We are in
regular contact with the health authorities and continue to monitor the
situation very closely.

Manage My Booking section of our website to ensure your contact details are up
to date.

Passengers with
a Hubei Passport or Recent Hubei Travel History

The Singapore
Ministry of Health (MOH) has introduced the following measures to stem the spread
of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Singapore: 

·       

All
visitors with recent Hubei travel history within the last 14 days, or those
with People’s Republic of China passports issued in Hubei, will not be allowed
entry into Singapore, or transit through Singapore.

·       

Returning
residents (Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents) and long-term pass
holders – either with travel history in Hubei or with People’s Republic of
China passports issued in Hubei – within the last 14 days; will be quarantined
at home or other suitable facilities.

·       

Previously
issued short-term and multiple-visit visas, as well as visa-free transit
facilities for those with People’s Republic of China passports issued in Hubei,
will also be suspended with immediate effect.  During this period of
suspension, this group will not be allowed entry into Singapore.
