Our global reservations system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance and be unavailable for this outage period.
Australia: | 9pm AEDT on Wednesday 30 November to 4am AEDT on Thursday, 1 December |
New Zealand: | 11pm NZDT on Wednesday, 30 November to 6am NZDT on Thursday, 1 December |
Japan: | 7pm JST on Wednesday, 30 November to 2am JST on Thursday, 1 December |
China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore: | 6pm SGT on Wednesday, 30 November to 1am SGT on Thursday, 1 December |
Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam: | 5pm ICT on Wednesday, 30 November to 12am Midnight ICT on Thursday, 1 December |
United States: | 12am Midnight HAST on Wednesday 30 November to 7am HAST on Wednesday, 30 November |
How will this affect me?
During this outage period the following systems will NOT be available:
- Online booking (new bookings and changes to existing bookings)
- Bookings via the Jetstar Reservations call centre
- Web check-in
- Airport check-in using our airport kiosks
- Online flight status information
What should I do?
If you would like to make a booking, enquire about a booking, or change an existing booking - either on the web or via our call centre - please return to jetstar.com or call our call centre after the outage period. If you need to travel urgently please proceed to the airport and talk to our Service Desk for price lists, schedules and flight availability.
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE already checked-in please proceed to the airport as normal, though keep in mind that our bag drop queues may be longer than usual.
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in please get to the airport well before your scheduled flight departure time so you can be manually checked-in at our airport counters.
If you are flying with us AFTER the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in, web check-in will be available after the outage period. Remember that web check-in closes two hours before your domestic flight's scheduled departure time.
