Sorry, our online check-in system is currently experiencing some issues.
If you try to check-in online with a valid booking and receive the message "Sorry we couldn’t find a booking with those details. Please try again”, please go to “manage booking” at the top right of the homepage and retrieve your booking.
If you find the message “Your flight may be affected by an incident or issue”, please click “Find out more” and proceed to the recovery portal. You will then be able to check in online.
