Update on Singapore/Bali flights scheduled for Friday, 13 November 2015
(Published 8.30 pm local, 12-11-2015)
Following the latest update from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC), our team of experts has concluded that the improved flying conditions around Denpasar Airport mean that we can resume daytime flights to Bali tomorrow.
However, we will delay departure of the scheduled flight 3K241/2 to accommodate the weather conditions.
New Flight Time: Friday, 13 November 2015
- 3K241 - Singapore - Bali will now depart at 9.00AM (local time)
- 3K242 - Bali - Singapore will now depart at 12.20PM (local time)
The departure of our flights depends on favourable flying conditions continuing and that these conditions are subject to change based on the forecast position of the ash cloud, assessment of safety to fly and local flight approvals.
Should conditions change, we will provide further updates as soon as we can. These updates may be provided after we have received the latest daytime satellite imagery from around Bali in the day.
