After a few months of frustration you may get to this point, the operater on the other end of the phone in a dead pan voice telling you your claim has been processed and you should be refunded within 15 working days. Dont bother calling nor look at your bank statement as it will more than likely take a full three months if you are lucky. I'd be more happy if they just told you this straight out ? The delaying of the outgoing of funds to a standstill rate from the finance department imo is illegal and needs to be investigated. To many big businesses in this country are getting away with questionable practices. The charging of peoples superannuation funds for premium insurance levels by the very companies that manage the money is another one.
