I booked over $2000 for my birthday flight to hawaii. A portion of initial flight was a voucher upgrade to buisiness calss. After a 5hr delay on first leg...which involved AFP..the second main flight to hawaii was cancelled by jetstar. They promised to refund entire trip...so i went home with ruined birthday...thinking i would at least get refund. A year later after much arguing i realised that i was going to have to settle for the voucher they gave me for $911. After they told me they refunded me musleadingly (they only refunded a small portion.) So i panickex and ised voucher to try and go to hawaii for my burthday again this year rather than lose it. However i am beyond broke and cannot go...i had upgraded to what i thought was refundable...but was told i coild only get a voucher for one leg of journey. So yet again i have a ruined birthday flight. ..was considering waiting for them to cancel then requesting refund again (whoch was neverforthcoming btw they lied to get me out of airport )...but look out they dont do refunds anyway as of 12th oct 2017. So even if u upgrade for fully refundable...u get a credit voucher. I coukd go on about the multiple misleading inyeractions i have had with crapstar customer service...but the point is i am under severe financial stress atm...staying home so i can sell house and i cant even afford petrol to airport. And they have no compassion. I have lost everything now as tgey wont even give me a voucher. Happy birthday. Don't fly crapstar.

this grubby mob you would never fly with them I had the same problem last year and could not get answers only offer of $100 refund what for? I will never fly with them again
