Cancelled flight in singapore

How disappointed Jetstar, all flights that were running from singapore by Jetstart were cancelled in Singapore, why? we don't even know .. It is really a low cost airline with no responsibility whatsoever.
We want to know the true about cancelling all flights.

Hi Anonymous,
They cancelled most flights in Singapore on 28th April too and we weren't given an explanation. We were lucky to get on a flight to Brisbane where we had to take a connecting flight to Melbourne. This was only one of many incidents we've had with Jetstar. I need to start up another thread about never buying insurance through Jetstar - if you decide to make any changes to your itinerary, you basically forfeit your insurance and must pay it again with the new itinerary (even if your new itinerary is for a shorter period!). We're not flying Jetstar again.
