I was traveling home from Sydney to Gold Coast with my Daughter and 18 month old Grandson
We arrived at Sydney Airport 2 hours before the flight to make sure we were sitting together so I could help my daughter with my Grandson. And our 3 bag's of carry on luggage
Only to find out they had changed my seat to 10 rows down from my daughter's and Grandson's seat.
Not only had my Daughter payed for her seat $99 but also paid $30 for my Grandson to sit on her lap for the trip home.!!!!!!
JETSTAR decided to move me to a different seat. I WAS TOLD Because I hadn't Paid for my Seat Selection on line THEY COULD CHANGE MY SEAT !!!!!!!!!!
When I explained to the staff at the desk that my daughter needed me to help her with my grandson and our baggage
There was no compassion at all !!!!!
The Staff were VERY RUDE and inconsiderate
And WE will NEVER NEVER EVER FLY JETSTAR
AGAIN FOR THE TOTAL INCONSIDERATE STAFF AND THE STRESS YOU CAUSED FOR MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER ...
Changed my Seat because I hadn't pre paid for it

Today I was basically ejected
Today I was basically ejected off a bali flight for moving 1row to 3 spare seats to give elderly couple more room
When I questioned the flight manager why
Was told. I have told you to move back to your seat
Then the ass covering started
I intend taking this to vcat
