We just turned up at Wellington for our flight to Auckland to learn it will be delayed at least an hour, which doesn't give us enough time to get our onwards flight to Kerikeri. Change flight, no, refund, don't make me laugh, I bought insurance from JetStar but none of the staff could tell me what it covers and the help line isn't open at weekends, which doesn't bode well. We had to buy air NZ tickets, which I should have done in the first place but I wanted to save $200 but the new tickets cost nearly $700......

I don't agree with you Mark.
I don't agree with you Mark. Just because you use a "budget" airline does not mean you should be treated with contempt. Whatever you paid for you paid for your ticket, even if it was $5 you worked very hard for and it is unconscionable that you hand it to these scums. To say "you get what you pay for" is letting this despicable company get away with it. Since I fought and won my case against Jetstar in court ( http://www.dontflyjetstar.com/complaints/result-my-law-suite-against-jet... ) I have been using Virgin and AirAsia and the difference is incredible.
