My experience with jetstar has been absolutely appalling.
firstly I have been trying to book a flight from Gold Coast to Melbourne for 3 weeks, each time I log into book the price changes constantly.
Rang the customer service team. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. This experience has made me realise that JETSTAR do not have a team of people that want to assist with anything to do with their company. How these people keep a job is beyond me.
Rep who was trying to book the flight kept saying for 20 mins the computer is just sitting thinking not doing anything. How ridiculous. After 1/2hr we both agreed Jetstar was having another gliche with their computer system.
I again tried yesterday and today to book the flight. Still not able to do so, because OOOPs THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR.
ANYONE READING THIS MY ADVISE TO YOU IS NEVER TO FLY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Virgin can be cheaper on this route anyway. I hope you learnt not to fly Jetstar, many of us wont, ever!
Paid for up grade leg room,
Paid for up grade leg room, but what I got was 2 very obese women sitting next to me, had to remove arm rest so that they could fit
The women that sat next to me was sitting on my seat, so that every time she moved it was uncomfortable.
I was confined to the small space that I had. It was a night flight so there was no way, nor could you sleep
There personal hygiene, that was so bad that I had to hold my jacket to my face for 9hr flight.
I will never fly Jetstar again
