Jetstar cancell our outward bound flight with "Operational Procedure" earlier this week and today after finally arriving in Melbourne at 6;00AM, they cancell our return flights for Sunday afternoon.
Big hearted Jetstar cannot fly us home till Thursday! What a joke! What a fail as a company. Two booked flights.... Two cancelled flights. That would be a 100% failure rate when I went to school.
We are now left with no alternative than to pay nearly $2,800 for 3 one way tickets with another carrier.. Out of pocket again! The biggest loser is.... ME!
Jetstar do not give a stuff about the fools who buy their tickets.

There surely has to be an inquiry in the operations of Jetstar after this debacle as well as the current 'balance' issue to hit the news. No other airline cancels as many flights as these clowns do and the excuse 'operational procedure' just doesn't wash anymore.

We were cancelled too (see thieves bloody theives). Feel your pain we needed 5 seats was a nightmare and had to lose a day or wait 8 days!! Yes I know they are a budget carrier but it shouldn't mean they can ruin your holiday.
I've just decided that I'm going to lodge a disputed transaction with my credit card provider... Maybe it will piss them off a bit, I doubt I'll see anything but will make me feel better... Hubby just reminded me we were an hour late leaving too
