Have you noticed that even when you select to pay by Direct Deposit and have 48 hours to do so that even when you log into your account 10 minutes after making the booking that they say that... "Your default payment method has passed it's expiry date - please enter updated details below or select another stored card to complete your booking." ie they are now (falsely) telling you that you have to pay by credit card.... It is outrageous, misleading, incorrect and slimy behaviour. Of course we all know (and if you don't you know now) that you can still pay by direct deposit or Poli so that you don't get whacked with their ridiculous credit card charge of $8.50 PER PERSON!!!!

If that small problem with their website programming isn't enough to put you off, I'll say it clearly -- Don't! -- there are other airlines that are more transparent, travel on time (whenever possible as of course Volcano can affect Bali flights), don't lose your luggage or leave it behind, and are actually helpful when you need a question answered or in the rare instance that something does goes wrong.
