IT HAD BEEN RAINING AT TULLAMARINE AIRPORT THE STAIRS WERE WET AND SLIPPERY I SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE STAIRS WHILE ALIGHTING THE FLIGHT FROM CAIRNS AT 10.35 ON 10/07/2017. I GRABBED THE RAILING AND HUNG ON FOR GRIM LIFE AS I DIDN'T WANT TO LAND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS HEAD FIRST. FELLOW PASSENGER ASSISTED ME TO MY FEET AS I COULD NOT GET UP BY MYSELF. I WALKED AROUND DAZE AND IN SHOCK , I COULD NOT FIND A STAFF MEMBER TO REPORT THE FALL TO, EVENTUALLY I SPOTTED A FLIGHT ATTENDANT FROM JET STAR ( A DIFFERENT) FLIGHT, THEY TOOK MY NAME AND DETAILS I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD PASS THEM ON TO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM IN DUE COURSE. I'M BRUISED AND WITH SPRAINED (L) ANKLE, SWELLING TO (R) KNEE AND A LARGE BRUISE TO THE UNDERNEATH OF MY (R) UPPER ARM. A CALL WOULD OF BEEN NICE I'LL NOT FLY JETS STAR AGAIN.
