Had no credit card 500$cash would not serve food or drink me or my childern flight home from bali last fri 5hour not happy jan what cash no good any more ?

I will not fly Jetstar due to previous issues but this time I think you failed to read the "small print". I don't know of any airline that takes cash for food purchases onboard. You could have bought food when you booked if you had no way to pay apart from cash. If you booked with another airline and this was a codeshare flight then I do feel sad for you but next time take a debit visa (prepaid creditcard) with you. It is sad though if they didn't even give your kids a snack if they are young.
