Flight Cancellation & Awful Employees

Emailed 4 hours before takeoff informing us that our flight had been cancelled due to 'crew issues'. So we were forced to take a flight hours later, missing pre booked arrangements. At the airport check in we were told that 'jetstar makes a commitment to get it's customers to their chosen destination irrespective of scheduling and flight cancellations were to be expected with any flights.' When further questioned on the reason for the delay we were told to go away, and that we were 'strange individuals'. Every aspect of the flight was a mess and poorly organised. Every Jetstar employee we came across was miserable and rude, no doubt abudently aware of what a low quality organisation they work for. Having travelled extensively around the world I can safely say this was the first and last experience with the terrible excuse for an airline.

CAN'T AGREE MORE!!my flight

CAN'T AGREE MORE!!my flight was cancelled with the same reason on 3rd Oct. Staff was rude and helpless. Required for any onther alternative flight but the staff just said it's all full. She ask us to gt other flight ourself. Even we contact jetstar fir refund the flight ticket, hotel cancellation charges and transport fee that we paid for our trip. At first the staff said they can do it. But when we prepared all the documents and receipt for reimbursement, they turn to other story to refuse our reimbursement.
