We were meant to leave Bali at 10pm with Jetstar. Got to the airport at 7. Got our bags checked only to see our flight had been CANCELLED> Not delayed just cancelled. We then had to line up for 3 hours without anyone telling us anything before we got yelled at for asking what the hell was happening. The lady then put us on a Virgin Australia flight to Brisbane although we needed to fly to Sydney, without letting us know what she was doing. We then had to line up for another hour while they checked us into the diverting flight.
We had no idea how we were getting to Sydney. We landed in Brisbane International, had to get the bus all the way to the Domestic Airport via Virgin Australias help!
We then checked into our Sydney flight, waited around for 4 and a half hours. Didnt let us use their phones, no apologies, nothing!
Shocking service. Dont care how cheap their flights are I am NEVER EVER flying with them again!!!!!

The exact same thing happened to us in May 2011 - except it happened 2 nights in a row!! The 2nd night we finally got on a flight to Brisbane at 2am and then had to go to Domestic to get a flight to Sydney!!!! I HATE JETSTAR

Our flight was cancelled on 22nd Feb, same thing checked in, ready to board cancelled, next available flight the following day, travelling Sydney to Darwin stopover and then to Denpasar, I would never fly with them again, worst airline EVER!!!!!!!
