Flights cancelled last minute

Our 8am flights were cancelled at 5am with no explanation. Second time this year! To top it off we also did not get the exit row seat we had reserved and had a 5 hour delay. Well done Jetstar!

So why are you still flying with them? I haven't used Jetstar ever since they did a similar thing to me. They did it once, and I never flew with them again. Best decision I ever made!
