I basically have had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with JETSTAR in the last month...I had heard horror stories before though never thought there was much truth to them...how wrong was I...anyhow I bought some airline tickets with my husband on April 19th 2014 for travel this December 2014....unfortunately JETSTAR contacted us on July 31st and said they had a schedule change and offered a flight change or a full refund....since our flight change was unsuitable to our travel plans we called them on August 3rd and accepted there refund option....on August 15th my husband recieved his refund totalling $241 however my refund was not credited to the same account of $613....I therefore called JETSTAR and was informed after several days and several phone calls and in replied online form submissions that on August 25th a full refund of $613 was credited back so we thought the matter was finally closed...once again how wrong was that thought...so we called them and was given transaction ids and assured the refund was completed and paid back to the account...however as of August 31st and several calls to our bank assuring us no money was ever sent by JETSTAR....my husband and I do not feel good about the way JETSTAR has treated us in this whole process and feel that there should be more attention given by legal and media authorities on there unscrupulous behaviours....I will keep this site posted if ever I am found to be wrong in JETSTARs promised refund to me...but for what I have experienced...LIE after LIE and PROMISE after PROMISE...I feel this soap opera has a long way to go before I see my hard earned money returned....thanks and good luck to is all when dealing with a company who promises the world in there Customer Charter though in my experience got LIED to constantly and recieved no valid PROMISE.....kind regards....Florence angel Bezzene....31/08/2014@12.40am wst...

JETSTAR finally refunded to
JETSTAR finally refunded to my bank account the two bookings...I suggest JETSTAR be more transparent with there refund processes when dealing with there customers and don't say promises to customers if there not willing to follow through with such promises....there customer charter says 15 buisiness days to process refunds...that may be true...however my refund was deposited back in the account 20 buisiness days later and after much haggling with JETSTAR customer service....it's been a very unpleasant experience indeed....Florence Angel Bezzene 01/09/2014@8.50 pm sydney time.
