We filed papers to sue them 11 days ago, they have 17 days left to respond:-)
I will keep this site informed as to what is happening

These BASTARDS are not going to get away with what they did to us. They seem to think that an offer of 1/6 of what we lost coupled with a silence gag would appease us but they are very very mistaken.

Amir, yes i did. It was a load of rubbish and it did not address what i saw happening with my own bags and others from Phuket.

My bags did not suddenly gain 2.4(ish) Kilos in flight!

Well we are nearly at the 28 day mark legally required for their response and just like their dreadful costomer service portal .. they have NOT responded.. Maybe they think they can have another 28 days if i file another case.. hahahahaha Only 5 days to go.

Aaaaaargh, It seems we made a slight mistake with where we served the papers. Howver they have now been re served and we now have to wait 28 days again... patience is a virtue!
