I made return bookings to New Zealand from Sydney and used the option to pay by bank transfer. The payment could not be found by Jetstar, the booking was cancelled leaving me with all bookings in NZ hanging. Almost two weeks later it is almost impossible to get my refund request processed because the Jetstar online form is not working. Just keep phoning back is all the help they can offer. This has involved almost 10 long phone calls. Be warned
