I minute late for check in

I will never fly with shit star again waited in line to check in but we were one minute late had to wait 5 hours for next flight with 2 small children and pay another 50 per head . When spoke to desk person they couldn't care less well never again fly with shit star pack of inconsiderate shit service Shitastar

You have to treat these airlines like they treat us. I once had a flight booked with Spirit Airlines.. They change my 2 layover flight to a 3 layover flight.. Then on the day of the flights, they kept changing the flight. I lodged a dispute with my credit card company and reversed the charges on the flight and rebooked with another company. It wasn't your fault you were late to check in it was Jetstar for not having enough staff and counters open. When I got to the counter I'd explain that to the counter staff and demand they give me something: free meals and drinks, $50 off my next flight, etc... Or I will reverse the charges and post on Facebook/Twitter. Let these idiots know who is boss.

I loved their new name "shit star". I have experienced the same thing today with 3 kids had to wait 5 hours at the airport for being 1 minute late.

Holy Shit, I love your style! I laughed until I had tears in my eyes even though I feel for your very significant inconvenience. I suspect you were probably late due to a slow check-in process driven by their sneak-attack baggage fees?
