I want to change my date and time. Jetstar are useless helpers. I want my money back instead, Jetstar ignores that. Then again jetstar has stolen my money off my mastercard of 458.00 sydney to goldcoast.

I want to report this somewhere because if i dont get my money back i will go to court and tell them how it is.
Jetstar you are a complete poor service.
No wonder why butteflys will never get around with the pretty star symbolism.
My next flight is 14th till17th of april 2011 it is my last trip to melbourne from goldcoast next. But i have another trip not far from know that i must cancel it and get my money back.
If they dont help me get my money back i will go to the airport and demand action.

I think you should try to fly
I think you should try to fly to a different destination. Sydney is cool and it is only a 1.5 h flight from Brissy. Qantas are much better than Jetstar and have more comfortable seats; you should fly with them instead.
Don't fly Jetstar and don't go to Melbourne because it is boring!

If you purchased a non refundable fare, good luck getting it refunded. Changing your mind isn't a reason for a refund.
Go to the airport, make a scene. They will call the Australian Federal Police and remove you.

Sally, you my dear are hilarious. I'm guessing they are not "ignoring" your request for a refund, they are "declining" your request for a refund. You buy ticket with a low cost carrier, don't expect a refund or to be able to change it without paying through the nose. And I agree with Ben. Go to the airport and confront the outsourced desk staff, its a sure fire way to having a chat with the AFP.

Jetstar Hater, I actually don't work for them, but its people like you who make me feel incredibly sorry for the staff that deal with you. I read your other posts (about your business etc etc) and sorry to tell you but the airline industry doesn't operate the same way as your local business. Particularly the budget airline industry. Budget airlines have very strict terms and conditions and stick to them. If they don't, costs become more expensive and fares rise for everybody. It is only when people choose the wrong dates or need to change dates is when they pay through the roof. And most people have the same story - it was an error, can you waive your policy and give it to me free.
And fyi in relation to your other posts, yes Virgin is a budget carrier, but in the grand scheme of things they are positioned higher up towards a full service carrier. They aim at a different market ie. by having premium economy and soon introducing business class on domestic flights.
And yes I sleep very well at night, thanks for your concern. Oops I forgot to add a rude name at the end... umm tool?
