INJURED ON FAULTY WET METAL STAIRS DISEMBARKING JETSTAR IN BALI LIES OF CUSTOMER CARE

LEFT PERTH 11/ 6 /2019 JQ116o on a 3 Hour Delayed JETSTAR flight on disembarking on Damaged Wet Metal Stairs had a Bad fall, Ground staff carried me to a bus that took me the Main Entrance of the Airport where they carried me to a Wheelchair then one them took me through all the Checkouts to a car that took me to Hospital she said take your Hospital bills to Jetstar at the airport and the will get a full refund what joke . The Bali Supervisor the accident never happened was his attitude make report in PERTH frightened of litigation covering his Backside but still changed my flight back at no cost proving he knew more than he was saying. The next contact with Jetstar was when left Bali. My son had made claim for me with Jetstar and 16 Days after arriving back in Perth Customer Care rang supposed to be 5 to 10 days. Concerned about you injuries were here to help again what a joke emails kept coming all very negative with Lies about having cramps and that's what caused the fall that's what we were supposed to have told there staff at the airport only person we had talked to was the ground staff member. Who had wheeled me around and we did not say anything to her only Thanks. At no time Customer care honest about anything in there Emails While we Sympathise with your position, incidents such as this do not meet the test for liability as such cannot be held liable for any injury . Even if I did have leg cramps which I did not you would have got them on the delayed JETSTAR AIRLINER. NO ALL THESE LIES AND DECEIT ARE ABOUT LIABILITY JETSTAR COULD NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS
