It has been a nightmare, I am surprise they still in business!
I was booked on the 14:55 Jetstar flight from Bangkok to Singapore. There was a 2 ½ hour delay. I had a meeting in Singapore so I had to be on that flight. The staff were not sincere, rude and spiteful. After making it very clear that I was not happy and that I would like a refund to find another flight, they told me that it was not possible. I asked to phone Singapore to check. This is after they called security, this took 25 min and no answer. I demanded they try again. The rude manager phoned her manager for the second time and they agreed on a refund. I made it clear not to process the refund till I return and confirm I have another flight. As this whole episode took over an hour I just missed the Singapore airlines flight. I went back to Jetstar and told them that I missed the Sing Air flight and that it’s not worthwhile to go on the Thai Airlines flight as it would only save me 30 min. What they then told me shocked me, they cancelled my booking and I was stranded there. I told them that it was unacceptable, she laughed at me. I asked her to phone Singapore and she said no. I was stranded.
I managed to get on the Thai Airways flight with 10min to spare. This is a joke! In Europe you will end up in jail for doing this. Why has the government not done anything about these crooks. They should be banned from Asia. Worst experience ever.
I have still to receive my refund, even though I was told it was processed the same time my booking was cancelled (fri 5/12). I ended up spending $200 more on the Thai Airways flight, worth every sent. What a pleasure flying with a decent airline.

Expect to wait. The rest of us had to wait at least 15 working day to get a refund out of jetstar. Maybe you should of booked with Thai orginaly.
