This is my first time booking online with Jetstar..I've yet to travel with them. Hey booking online at first was easy..
yeah.. type in our datas and all.. then comes the payment.They gave me a booking reference. ok I'm fine with it.
I opt for the OFFLINE payment method, of which I PAID thru the SAM machine ON THE SAME DAY.
NO EMAILS NO NOTIFICATIONS.
I check thru their website to see if my payment status.
IT PROMPT ME TO MAKE PAYMENT.
I called the call center of which i waited for 15MINUTES.
Talked to this lady, NEARLY SCREAMED AT HER.
I just need to know if my flight's confimed or not, she adviced me to faxed to the Finance Dept and to wait for at least 7-14 working days. I told her this; "Do you even notice the fact that the flight i'm booking for is on the 31st MAY 2011??"
GOSH.
If I had known I would have just booked at TIGER AIRWAYS!
The flight's meant for my honeymoon as im getting married on the 28 May!=((
N THE FAX COULDNT GET THRU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOMEONE PLESE HELP!

Call back and give your booking number and the reference number you got when you made your offline payment. If you ask for a supervisor or ask the person you speak to to seek help from their supervisor, there should be a way to find the offline payment.

your definately singaporean!! damn kiasu like hell...if you opted offline option and if you took time to read...you would find that it will take 3 days for you itinerary to be sent out...its a SAM machine...what do you expect? you think the money or confirmation of the money goes to Jetstar immediately? read la next time woman...so bodoh wan..simply shout at other people for no reason.
