They left me stranded in Vietnam, not even one Jetstar person was there, not even a phone number to call and yet there flight status is last-check in and I was not late and I was told at Tan San Nhat Airport that they do not know anything about Jetstar besides always getting there information wrong. I called customer care only to be offerred buying a new ticket ( because that is the only thing they are good at, taking your money ), or be left stranded there to write a complaint which I did and after 72 hours still have no repplied. I later have to buy a new ticket from Vietnam Airlines rapidly and it costs me 900$. Beware, the only thing they are good at is taking your money, not saving you money.

JetStar customer care is like
JetStar customer care is like bu** sh**. It took them more than 3 months to refund 300$ to my account. To get this refund, I had to call their fu** customer care service (their call center is actually based in Philippines) about 8 times. For each call I had to wait for at least 45 minutes to 2 hours. JetStar does not have any headquarters or offices in Vietnam or Singapore to help you resolve these kind of issues. What we can do to avoid this kind of fu** bu** service to NEVER FLY WITH JETSTAR again. And I actually NEVER FLY WITH JETSTAR since last year, and I recommend my friends NEVER BOOK ANY TICKETS WITH JETSTAR. I should better spend a few more bucks to book a ticket with VN Airlines or other airlines rather than JetStar.
LMAO of at waiting 72 hours
LMAO of at waiting 72 hours for a response for you complaint. I wrote mine in December, only to finally receive a generic email response that covered no issues from my complaint at the end of February.
End of the day, we get what we pay for, and in this case it is crap customer relations, bad service, but cheap flights.
Jetstar are great value in
Jetstar are great value in the instance that nothing goes wrong with your booking. But what people need to realise is that something will go wrong with your booking.
Seriously and it did. They
Seriously and it did. They recently sent me a voucher for $50, I also emailed other customers who were left stranded, there were like 5 of them. With my boyfriend and I that made it 7 people, I included their name in my complaint letter and up until today still no response or explanation, I was the only one who got offered $50, LAUGH MY ASS OFF!! Even if they give me $1000 free ticket I don;t think I'll flight with them again ever. :) I will soon attempt to distribute this around my university and probably get everyone to sign a petition and that raises awareness called "IN CASE SHIT HAPPENS! AND SHIT WILL HAPPENS!". ALL YOU CAN GET FROM JETSTAR IS ANGER, FRUSTRATION AND MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They offered me a $50
They offered me a $50 voucher, I declined and said I would make a website called dontflyjetstar.
Here we are a 2 years later, website going strong....but still no refund :(
I was once contacted by jetstar about this site. It was only about having some out of date email addresses on the 'how to contact jetstar' page.
It seems they don't really care that this site exists.
Really thinking of after my
Really thinking of after my year away (currently in Germany), I will atttempt to meet with my fellow law-students to discuss the many issues with Jetstar, if Erin Brokovich can take down a big corporation in America, so can we! No matter how big they are or who is watching their back (Qantas) they should not abuse their customers, just because most of us are unfamiliar with Legal hassles, it doesn't mean that they can get away with it everytime.
I am not in the least
I am not in the least surprised that stories from dissatisfied and in many instances truly "demorilized" flying passengers keep on rolling in.What does however really ameze me is that these people are still in business taking advantage of vulnerable flhing publlic looking for a cheap way yo fly. I meean, how many people are you allowed to abuse before you are no lonver allowed to operate.
