jetstar nightmare

I would like to complain about my recent flights on board jetstar. The first flight I was on apparently wanted to leave early so although I was there one hour before the flight (required time is 25min) I had to run with all my bags, my three year old and carrying a one year old. Then when I got to the gate that was doing its last call the staff were incredibly rude I asked for help with my bags and I was told I would be fine and to get on the plane. Then the plane that I had to run to because it wanted to leave early Sat there until well after the time it was originally supposed to leave so I had two screaming hungry kids trapped on a plane who had not had dinner because I had to run to a plane that wanted to leave early and didn't. So I had to wait until the food cart was served and pay $40 to feed my two kids because I just had to be on the plane. The flight back was no better, it was delayed so I had to occupy my two kids in the airport then we got on the plane finally and sat there for ages. The final straw was when my daughter lost her security blanket on the plane and no one cared and the people at the counter were extremely rude, I have been given all these different numbers but no help locating the item.

Wow, Jetstar just can't take a trick. Leave early - complaints - Leave Late - complaints. Leave on time - still complaints.

What are you feeding the 1 & 3yr old that could possibly cost $40?
