I tried to book a ticket through jetstar web site with my credit card on 13 Dec 2014.
At the end of my booking, i was prompted by the system that it decline my credit card details and void the booking.
So i redo the booking again with another credit card (issue by another bank). and again at the end of my booking, i got rejected with the reasoning.
I give up after that.
I got a shock when i recevied my credit card statements. Jetstar charges both of my rejected bookings.
I give my honest account of what happened to my bookings and stated in my email that I got no reason to double booked an air ticket on the same day, same time with 2 difference credit cards (Jetstar Case CAS-1190639-Z53NNY).
I got a reply after about 10-15 days that Jetstar need my to provide my credit card statements and email to them. The best part, jetstar give me a faulty or empty email address as listed:
"As discussed, for us to investigate further, please submit a copy of your credit card statement to customer.reponse@jetstar.com"
I forwarded my credit card statement to the mentioned address. Can you imagine the dis-believe and shock I had when i discoved that not only their booking system is a fraud, they can even give me a deceiving email address.
I totally feel hopeless at this point of time but i diligently find the correct email address and forwarded the statement to Jetstar.
And again after almost half a month time, jetstar reply my email asking for other doccuments to "investigate further". I comply again and email jetstar the require doccuments.
Today (after another half month), i got a call from jetstar that i need to furnish additional doccuments to "further investigate my claim".
I believed it will lead to no end.
Jetstar has a duty and responsible to first check their system as if there is no system fault at their side. If not the web site is there to CHEAT innocent air traveller. Don't travel Jetstar. Not worth the pain and anger.

Jia Wei. It's very easy. You used your credit card which protects you against just this kind of issues. Just call your credit card, explain what happened and lodge a dispute. They will refund you straight away and then it's up to Jetshit to rhye why you are wrong. Otherwise you will be waiting for a VERY BERY long time for a resolution from jetstar. Good luck

There is a jetstar HK to Osaka promotion in Hong kong, ppl are competing in booking cheapest tickets
Firstly, I tried a booking at the stage that I received error message saying that there is a verification error on my credit card
Then I use another browser trying to book again, but the prices of the original time slot raised(cheaper tickets sold out), so I chose another timeslot and completed the whole booking process successfully
Now jetstar charged me both of the booking! But i only received confirmation email for the second booking
As both bookings contain difference date (but overlap a bit) and price, I called the Hong Kong CS and they just told me they cant do anything, I have to fill a form to the main company, fuxking bullshxt

Can anyone please tell me what to do to fix this? This has just happened to me! My mum needs urgent surgery in another city and so I'm flying with her to care for her until she's healthy enough to fly home again I booked via Jetstar.com and my card was rejected so I paid with paypal! Now I not recieved any booking confirmation emails about flights yet my paypal and credit card have been charged.... I have 6 days to fix this and be on that flight! What's my best approach?
