Jetstar you have done it again!

Poor kid.

Jetstar made this kid who just got out of hospital with a heart after 151 days, nearlly xmas told the bag is too heavy with all his medication so $200 out the window and that money was saved up for this poor kids xmas present.

what a disgrace!!! Its such a pity that this is no surprise either - Jestar are possibly the most disrespectful company I've company across - they treat their customers as a nusiance and have no desire to provide any decent level of service or care.

Its a shame that Jestar copped the blame for denying a a heart victim free travel straight after being out of hospital. People must have forgotten that Qantas, Virgin Blue and Tiger Airways are also airlines who did not give this child a free flight. Airlines are a business and not a charity however I will credit that most people are too dumb to realise this.
