We have spent the day at the airport owing to lost luggage and the carnage of Jet Star service. I know that you are thinking it happens and get over it BUT in my previous experience with other Airlines there is SOME process when things go wrong.
Jet Star have no phone contact apart from the one that is based in Manila and rings out.Their online support is mocking and condescending to customers who are anxious NOT because something went wrong but because a company of stature and association might be involved in the pretence of service without a single deliverable.
My advice to Jet Star is:
Adopt a tracking system as most couriers have trackable systems so why not a Global airline!
Don't operate a global airline from a call centre in Manila that does not answer their phones
Don't allow your staff to run down your own Airline to your face when you complain, because they are SO frustrated with the aggravation they get (and do you blame them?)
Don't lose a customer unnecessarily as they depart for good and tell their friends.
Don't assume you can bury complaints and stifle the expectation of service- some airline are genuine and care
The light in the tunnel is not a ray of hope Jet Star- a steam train heads your direction.

Yes Danmien. You are correct. Things happen but you don't have to get over it when you are faced with appalling service following the happening. This is a company that has consistently strived to clime to the top of its class for bismal and apauling service. The Manila call centre is their very clever tool to distance themselves from their failures to provide a glimmer of service. You were lucky that they didn't answer the phone. Your frustration starts once they do. Stay away from this despicable and appalling company. Let all your friend know about your experience and make as much noise as you can on other sites, especially on their facebook page. Hopefully one day we will all hear the good news that they have gone down the toilet. They just don't deserve your loyalty. I hope you got your luggage back. Cheers
