My son was queued today to fly home to join us for Christmas. He texted me 20 minutes before the flight to say they wouldn't let him on because he was "late". He didn't even have any luggage. Family Christmas ruined. Thanks Jetstar. Managed to pay Air Nz 350 dollars to come much later. He is a Uni student and really has money to spare ...yeah right. Never again Jetstar, you hear stories like this all the time, but at Christmas the ramifications are really sad. Cheap shouldn't also mean nasty.
